Team wales

Wales has been a long-standing part of the international AoS community, with one of our members (Mo Ashraf) being widely regarded as the father of competitive Age of Sigmar, having introduced the first competitive pack and points system for 1st Edition.
Each year Wales participates in the AoS Six Nations tournament, as well as Worlds, and always bring the dragon fire with us. We have seen ups and downs as a team, but our focus for the last couple of years has been on creating a strong positive culture that promotes good sportsmanship and fair play; we call it playing the Welsh way. If you hear calls of "Yma o Hyd!" then you know that Team Wales is on its way to make the AoS scene the most wholesome place!

Team goal for 2025

These are the goals that we established at the start of the year:

Grow Our Team - Actively engage with the AoS community, and have at least 4 players without previous caps play with us during the year, to ensure the sustainability and longevity of the team.
Grow Our Spirit - Establish a dedicated position in the Committee for community engagement, and work with them to create a concrete view of what the Team Wales Community is and how we get the best out of it in the future.
Grow Our Performance - Think about how we prepare better, as well as harder, to enable us to podium at 6 Nations and achieve a top-5 finish at the World Championships.
